Delivery of digital products is immediate once the payment is processed successfully. In rare cases, if there is a delay due to technical issues, the order will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours with assistance from our support team.
Since our products are digital downloads, no physical shipment or courier tracking is applicable. Customers can track their purchase through the confirmation email received at the time of payment.
All digital designs are available for download for a limited period. After a few months, the design link may automatically expire. Customers are advised to download and securely store their purchased designs immediately after receiving them.
