EasyInvite provides digital invitation and greeting cards. Since these are instant digital downloads, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered successfully. Before making any payment, users are required to carefully check the watermarked preview of their design. After payment, no modifications, returns, or refunds are allowed for successfully delivered products.
All digital invitation cards, posters, and greeting cards created through EasyInvite are non-returnable. As these are customized products, once generated and delivered via download link and email, they cannot be returned under any circumstances.
The only exception to our Return Policy applies if the product is not delivered due to a verified technical error, such as:

All digital designs are hosted temporarily and may automatically expire after a few months. Customers are advised to download and securely store their purchased designs immediately after receiving the download link. Once expired, the design will not be accessible and cannot be returned.
