No Refund After Delivery

EasyInvite provides digital invitation and greeting cards. Since these are customized and instantly delivered products, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed once the product is successfully delivered. Customers are advised to check the watermarked preview carefully before making payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Payment deducted but the design was not delivered due to a verified technical error.
• Duplicate payment made by mistake for the same order.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of payment.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Since our products are digital and customized instantly, order cancellations are not permitted after payment is completed.
